  • A personal economic review is this: I was able to buy this new, hardback book for 1 cent from Amazon (several vendors), plus shipping. People shipped it for the money they gained by charging me 3.99 for shipping, so there must be a few unwanted copies lying around, and they were glad to get rid of one.
  • That being said, I personally found this book to be quite interesting, albeit somewhat wonkish.
